The part-time (3/4 time) Operations Manager will be responsible for fiscal accountability & financial management, facility management and human resources. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to increase HiTOPS’ capacity to achieve strategic growth and greater impact through rigorous financial planning and accountability.
