Annual Report & Form 990

HiTOPS' fiscal year ends June 30.  Each fall we publish an annual report that describes our mission, major programs, and financial health.  Please e-mail us with your name and address to request a hard copy of our most recent Annual Report.

Sexual assault, including date rape, is a problem that is happening with alarming frequency among adolescents. This comprehensive rape-prevention program is a 5-session curriculum designed for high school health classes, counseling centers and other youth serving organizations. The program includes two DVD/Videos and eight supporting activities to help students explore this difficult and controversial topic.

One Step at a Time: Telling the Truth About Chlamydia

A 30-minute video designed to give teenagers information about chlamydia transmission and the important role communication plays in stopping the spread of this damaging STD.  Written and directed by HiTOPS health educators and starring local teen actors, “One Step at a Time” presents the tale of two young people and what happens when one learns she is infected with chlamydia.   The story presents important information in an engaging and dramatic fashion and can be used as a stand-alone video or as an excellent discussion starter.  The video includes an Instructor’s Discussion Guide.  “One Step at a Time” is available in English and Spanish versions.
