HiTOPS offers the following health services specifically for women aged 13-26:

Reproductive Health

• Annual reproductive health visit
  • Pap smears
  • Breast exams
  • STI screening and treatment
  • Condom and contraceptive method use
    • Contraceptives available include: oral contraceptives, vaginal ring, Depo-provera injection, the Patch, diaphragm, free condoms, Mirena and Paragard Intrauterine systems

General Health Services

• Sports, working and camp physicals
• Free HIV testing and counseling
• Pregnancy testing
• Emergency contraception (“Plan B”)

Consultation and Referral Services

• nutrition concepts and healthy habits
• stress management
• menstruation concerns
• birth control information
• parent/ child puberty preparation
• dating and relationships
• smoking cessation
• communication / negotiation skills
• sexual assault recovery
• abusive relationships
• pregnancy prevention and options
• sexual behavior – abstinence discussion
• STI prevention
