My books have appeared on numerous best-seller lists across the globe, been translated into over a dozen languages, been adapted for the stage and screen, as well as receiving nominations for Children’s Book of the Year & Picture Book of the Year.
I’m an enormous advocate for joyful parenting and loving & accepting your children as they are. Ever since my son expressed interest in Queen Elsa at a young age and wanted to have all the costumes and toys that are usually “for girls,” I’ve made it a mission to help kids around the world understand that they are loved exactly as they are, and to help parents navigate the challenges that come along with that experience. Most of my books for kids are themed around inclusion, expressing your authentic self, and learning to accept yourself.
